Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement Zoom's video conferencing solutions to meet the organization's communication needs.
• Recommend and integrate Zoom products based on the organization's requirements and infrastructure.
• Ensure Zoom solutions are secure, compliant with regulations, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise, support, and training to users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoom implementation, performance, and integration.
• Optimize Zoom configurations to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with Zoom's latest features, updates, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's Zoom environment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate Zoom with other systems and applications seamlessly.
