  • Facilitate PI Planning Sessions and ART Synchronization Events: Lead and facilitate the two-day, in-person PI planning event, ensuring effective participation from all ART members.
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare the ART for planning, including backlog readiness, prioritization using WSJF, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Track Progress and Flow Metrics: Monitor and track key performance indicators such as ART Predictability Measure, Velocity, and Cycle Time to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize flow metrics to optimize value delivery and reduce lead time.
  • Support Backlog Refinement and Alignment: Assist in refining the ART backlog, ensuring that features and user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities. 
  • Work closely with Product Management and Business Owners to assign business value and refine acceptance criteria.
  • Coach ART Members on Agile Practices: Provide coaching and guidance to ART members, including Scrum Masters, Team Coaches, system architects, product management, and business owners, to promote Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Establish Pull Systems and Optimize Flow: Implement pull systems and Kanban practices to optimize the flow of value within the ART.
  • Identify bottlenecks and constraints and take proactive measures to eliminate or mitigate them.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping exercises to visualize and streamline the value delivery process.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through AgilityHealth TeamHealth Assessments, Inspect &
  • Adapt events, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including the Value Management Office and Lean-Agile transformation team, to align objectives, share best practices, and drive organizational agility.
  • Act as a liaison between the ART and other Agile Release Trains to coordinate planning efforts and resolve dependencies.
  • Represent the ART Confidently: Serve as the face of the ART and excel at public speaking engagements, representing the organization with confidence and expertise.
  • Articulate the ART's vision, goals, and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders, inspiring trust and confidence in the team's ability to deliver value.
  • Maintain Required Certifications: Hold certifications in SAFe Release Train Engineer 6.0, Scaled Agile Practice Consultant 6.0, and
  • AgilityHealth Facilitator, staying current with evolving best practices and methodologies in Lean-Agile delivery.
