Experience Required · 3+ years of experience using an industry recognized, ITIL based Problem/Incident/Change ticketing system – (Required) · 2 years of experience in Problem Management and/or Incident Management role. (Preferred) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsincluding the ability to translate technical issues/concepts into ways for non-technical staff to understand. · Strong written/Oral Communication skills. · Ability to work independently exhibiting strong multitasking and time management skills · 6. Ability to coordinate and motivate other accountable teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities · Review Problem tickets for Major incidents and ensure all the required details are captured in the ticket. · Work with the Incident Management team to ensure Problem tickets have proper problem statements documented. · Anlayze the problem tickets and create follow up tasks to the respective teams for follow up to ensure RCA, · Future prevention and any Process improvements required are addressed . · Ensure that the problem tasks are being tracked and permanent solutions are implemented within the SLA\Due Date. · Work cross organizationally with multiple teams to ensure problems are solved promptly and effectively. · Provide weekly\monthly\quarterly status update on the open problem tickets to the required stake holders. · Analyze recurring Major Incidents for areas of improvement and help develop a plan to implement · the resolution as appropriate.
