Technical / Functional Skills
- Basic understanding and/or experience with the administration/operations of Business Intelligence (BI) applications with server-based components, e.g. Power BI Gateway, Tableau, Cognos
- Experience installing and configuring application software on a server
- Experience using monitoring software to identify application performance or other hardware/software related issues
- Experience with management, maintenance and troubleshooting in Windows server environments
- Troubleshooting in a Windows environment
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Experience working with users to resolve issues
- Knowledge of trouble-shooting issues with Power BI client tools
- Understanding of basic server specifications and network interactions
- Provided 24X7 on-call support and emergency support and administration for critical applications
- Basic understanding of IT change and incident management
