• Conduct or contribute for POC, Demos and Pilot runs for critical.
• Ability to analyze and critically assess problems
• Work with middleware (app and db), app team to understand/document recovery procedures.
• Understanding of existing CNA infrastructure 
• Basic solution design or redesign based on customer pain areas.
• Advanced system configurations and migrations.
• Prepare High level and Low level designs for advanced installations/implementations which are of multi technology nature in heterogeneous environments and project roll outs.
• Conduct internal / external trainings, technology workshops.
• Mentor technical resources and help train/certify them.
• Develop self-skills on at least one specialization stream in his or her technology domain.
