Job Description

Job Responsibilities include:
* Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll
* Establish, revise and maintain procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
* Diagnose and resolve issues (end-user, business process, security, etc )
* Audits and maintains current and historical data.
* Performs data entry as needed.
* Work with end users to train them on the system
* Assign and maintain Security
* Develop and maintain simple to complex custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.
* Load data through EIB
* Assist with the creation of test scripts and the documentation of test scenarios.
* Perform end to end testing: Business Process, Integrations, Reports, Security,

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Benefits, Business, IT etc.)

* Minimum three (3) years applicable Workday experience
* Experience and knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits
* Proven experience with reporting and analytics
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) "
